Angeleena "Angie"'s Story

Angeleena Angie Sly, 30, of Orwell passed away February 14, 2018 with her loving family beside her. Angie was born June 9, 1987 in Chardon, Ohio, the precious daughter of Diane Sly. She was a fearless protector of her family, she loved to travel, appreciated music, and was a professional shopper. She was a thoughtful and caring person who found joy all around her. Angies smile could light up a room. She enjoyed ballroom dancing, being in beauty pageants, going to the beach, and loved food. One of favorite things was to be read to, and a favorite memory is when she was suitcase girl #14 on the game show Deal or No Deal. Her family will miss her dearly. Angie is survived by her mother Diane Sly, her sisters Amber Sly, Krystal Tubberville, Grandma Joan Sly, Aunts Darlene Phillips, Debbie Malensek, Jeanette Lemons-Chapman, and Beverly Wells, Uncles Buzzy (Robin) Sly and Ronnie Lemons, multiple cousins, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Otis Lemons. Calling hours are Wednesday February 21st from 5:00-8:00pm and Thursday February 22nd from 11:00-1:00pm. A celebration of her life will be at 1:00 pm at the Russell-Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High Street, Middlefield. Burial will follow in Orwell. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Angie's name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at 4550 Montgomery Ave., Suite 1100 N, Bethesda, MD, 20814.
