Anthony Stephen Bucci, Sr., 79, of Plymouth Township went home to be with the Lord on November 2, 2017.
He was born December 26, 1937 in Ashtabula, the son of Mike Bucci and Louise (Galliazzo) Bucci-Neidoba and had been a lifelong Ashtabula County resident.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a machinist for Rockwell Brake. He later owned and operated Buccis Farm Market, selling fresh vegetables and fruit from his trailer in Austinburg for over 10 years.
Anthony attended Harvest Church and loved to fish, hunt, and do woodworking.
His survivors include his wife, Marie A. (Wolfgang), whom he married January 3, 1970; nine children, Angela Bauer, James (Cindy Offenberg) Bucci, and Cynthia (Allen) Vance, all of Ashtabula, Michele Brown, Carolyn (Harry) DiLemme, and Michael (Marilyn) Bucci, all of Conneaut, Anthony (Cindy) Bucci, Jr. of Kelloggsville, Joseph Bucci of Honaker, VA, and Mary (Chad) Corron of Jefferson; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Richard Bucci of Greenwood Springs, MS; and one sister, Dorothy Muto of Ashtabula.
He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Raymond Bucci; his step-father, George Neidoba; a grandson, Alva Corron; and his parents.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 PM on Wednesday, November 8 at the Ducro Funeral Home, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula.
A service will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, November 9 at the Harvest Church, 8625 Center Road South (SR 45), Ashtabula. Pastor Duane Ball will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, North Kingsville.
