Carl "Chuck" Jeffery Riley, age 40, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 28th, 2017, in Columbus, Ohio.
The son of Michael and Sue (Dieffenbacher) Riley, Chuck was born on May 12th, 1976, in Ashtabula, Ohio, and was a 1994 graduate of Ashtabula High School.
Chuck was employed with CSX; he enjoyed his career and his many co-workers.
Chuck devoted his life to his family; his daughters were his greatest treasures.  His favorite family activities were taking bike rides together, cooking out, having campfires, carving walking sticks, gardening, and coming up with crafts of all kinds.
Chuck had so many gifts; he was creative, loved working with his hands, and could fix just about anything. He loved working in the yard, and hanging out with his special neighbors. Chuck took great pride in taking care of his home. One of his greatest gifts was being able to help others who were struggling.
We will forever miss his sense of humor, energy and smile.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife of fifteen years, Shannon (Cinciarelli) Riley; cherished daughters, Ava and Claire of Columbus; parents, Michael and Sue Riley of Ashtabula; brother, Drew Riley also of Ashtabula; loving and grateful sister and brother-in-law, Kara and Ed Sanchez of Galena; adoring nieces, Emily and Rowan; mother and father-in-law, Tom and Lynda Cinciarelli of Ashtabula; brother in-law, Shawn Cinciarelli of Ashtabula; nieces, Madison and Sophia and nephew, Preston; many special aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his beloved Gilwood buddies.
