Daisie Mae Conley, 91, of Ashtabula passed away peacefully, December 17, 2017 at Rae Ann Nursing Home in Geneva.
She was born July 11, 1926 in Elco, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John Landon and Barbara Alice (Shephard) Bradley. Daisie married the love of her life, Luther Conley, on August 27, 1948, and spent 55 loving years together, raising two children.
Daisie was a very social lady and was known as the family historian. She was a fabulous cook, enjoyed shopping, collecting Shirley Temple Dolls, and watching soap operas. But, most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Brenda (Jack) Elliott and Larry Conley; grandchildren, Melinda (William) Reznak, Brian (Joy) Elliott, and Enola (Shawn) Herron; great-grandchildren, Aaron (Michelle) Chambers, Caleb (Nikkie) Chambers, Bethany (Devin) Chambers, Emily Herron, Ethan Chambers, Laurelle Herron and Jarrett Herron.
Mrs. Conley was preceded in death by her husband Luther in 2003; sisters, Ethel Coburn and Myrtle Duff; and her parents.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 1PM at ZABACK-WILLIAMS-DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 500 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtabula, Ohio 44004. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 11 AM until the time of service at 1PM. Burial will follow at Ridgeview Cemetery.
