I knew Mr. Shoaf while he was teaching in the Grand Valley District in the 1970s. He taught World History, which was my favorite subject during the 1973-74 school year. He could always brighten up the class with his unique sense of humor! I also had his wife, Delores, as my First grade teacher in Windsor Elementary-They were a very dedicated and respectable couple during their tenure at GV. My sincere condolences to the family.
