Judith (Neff-Coy) Oros, 67, originally from Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home in Grand Bay, Alabama on Monday, September 18, 2017.
She was at peace with her life and wanted to die at her home surrounded by her family.
Judie loved her girls, grandbabies, sisters, and brothers.
She worked until her retirement at Carrington Park Nursing home, where she worked in the kitchen, and did laundry and housekeeping.
Judie loved to talk about her husband George, whom she loved very much.
She leaves behind her daughters, Sheila (John) Ashley, Cheryl (John) Kaspers, Jackie (Willie F.) Sizemore, Jeannie (Matt) Stuller and (Tom Christo Sr.); grandchildren, John (Jenna) Ashley, James Ashley, Jonah Ashley, Tom Christo, Jr, Katelyn Judith Marie Christo and Megan Christo whom she was very proud of; sisters, Phyllis Hughart, Janet Osborne, Myrtle (Walt) Wetherbee; and her brother Larry (Mary) Neff.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George R. Oros; parents Edgar J. Neff and Clarabelle Neff; brothers, Edgar E. Neff and Michael, who died as an infant,; brothers in law, Donald Hughart and Daniel Osborne; and son in law, Richard L. Sizemore.
A graveside service, where she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband George, will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 11AM at Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson, Ohio. Rev. Kenneth Roberts, Pastor will officiate.
Calling hours will be held from 4-7PM on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at ZABACK-WILLIAMS-DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 500 W Prospect Road, Ashtabula.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in her name.
