LuAnn Otto, age 63, St. Rt. 46 South, Jefferson, died late Monday evening at the Country Club Retirement Center in Ashtabula.
She was born July 28, 1954 in Ashtabula, the daughter of James R. & Shirley L. (Daniels) Otto and has resided in the Jefferson area the past 10 years after spending 25 years in Florida.
LuAnn was a certified phlebotomist, in which she was very proud of, a long-time blood donor and was a horse racing enthusiast, especially following her fathers passion for training and racing horses.
Survivors include her father, James R. Otto of Jefferson, a daughter, Lisa K. Knapp of Tampa, FL, three grandchildren, Natalie, Amberly & Sophia, three great-grandchildren, Degabriel Gabe, Michael & K. J. and three siblings, Carlie S. (J. J. Guardino) Otto of Tampa, FL and Ronald W. Otto & Linda K. (Gerald) Licate, both of Jefferson.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley L. Otto in 2014, a great-granddaughter, Amaria and a brother, Gary L. Otto.
