Richard's Story

Richard Allen Hacker, 70 passed away after a brief illness on December 31, 2017 in Mesa, AZ where he and his wife, Barb where staying for the winter. He was born February 14, 1947 in Warren, OH the son of Carl and Josephine Marie (Lindow) Hacker.
Richard was a graduate of Grand Valley High School in 1965. He had been employed with Lincoln Electric in Euclid, OH and retired after 44 years of loyal service.
He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed traveling with his wife Barb in their camper.
Richard is survived by his wife Barbara (Lee) Hacker; a son, Gregory Korabek of Ashtabula; a daughter, Jodelle (Cory Carruthers, Sr.) Korabek of Meza, AZ and his grandchildren, Riley and Jaxon Korabek of Ashtabula and June and Cory Carruthers, Jr. of Meza, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Carolyn (Hacker) Pulford and a brother, Harvey Hacker.
