Sheila Marie Pyles, 54, of Ashtabula, passed away unexpectedly December 11, 2017, at Cleveland Metro Hospital.
She was born December 8, 1963, in Ashtabula, the daughter of Joseph F. Pyles Sr. and Rosetta (Howard) Pyles. Sheila attended Ashtabula High School and worked for many years as an STNA at various nursing homes like Carrington Park, etc.
Sheila had a radiant smile that would brighten any room. She enjoyed music, dancing, watching movies and old reruns on TV. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Sheila is survived by her children: Jesse (Becky) Brazier III and Jasmine (Genori Putnum) Brazier; Her parents, Joseph and Rosetta Pyles; Grandchildren, Markel Jeffries, Jaylen Martin, Kamai, Gerivon, and Qwencii Putnum; Siblings, Joseph (Julie) Pyles, Jr., Terri (Gregory) Towner, and Steven (Crystal) Pyles; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Albert and Lucille Smith, Arthur Edwards; Paternal grandparents, Fred Perdue and Marylena Pyles; and Uncle William Aaron, Sr.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 1PM at the Pentecostal Church of God, 2221 Cook Rd., Ashtabula, with Rev, Kenneth Roberts and Elder Sharone Sing officiating.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017, from 5-7 PM at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtabula, Ohio.
The family asks that those family members and friends that come to services wear something PURPLE in honor of domestic violence awareness.
Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the family.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 2017-12-15 at Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH, United States.
