GENEVA [ndash] Tammy Napier, 45, of Geneva, passed away at her home on September 23, 2017. She was born July 29, 1972, in Huntington, W.V., to Jack R. and Diana L. (Holbrooks) Napier, Sr. Tammy was a custodian for Ashtabula Area City Schools. She was a member of Ashtabula Aerie #1463, a Girl Scout leader; cheerleading coach; Geneva Midget League Board; Baseball Little League. Tammy enjoyed her family, camping, plants, baking, Pittsburgh Steelers, enjoyed life, and country music.
