Troy Edward Baker, 55, of Ashtabula died February 7, 2018.

He was born in Ashtabula on August 29, 1962 the son of Edward "Fast Eddie"and Shirley (Boyles) Baker.

Troy loved working on cars. He taught himself everything he knew and became an amazing mechanic. He was the owner of Baker's Amaco in Saybrook. His hobbies included tearing apart and rebuilding cars, hot rods, going to cars show and riding his motorcycle.

Troy loved his family and spending time with his children and grandchildren, they were the highlight of his life.

He is survived by his loving family: his children: Justin Baker, Jennifer Baker and Vanessa Jackson all of Ashtabula; his grandchildren: Alexis and Kyle Baker, Briella and Dylan Hathy and Ziyah Jackson; his siblings: Jayson Baker, Diane Kenny and Doug Emerson; his former wives, Lori and Beth; and his niece Laurie Mason as well as many other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Mark.

Call hours will be held on Saturday Feb. 17th from 3 to 5 pm at the CZUP FUNERAL HOME, 1329 Lake Avenue Ashtabula with a short memorial service starting at 6.
