Carol M. (Monda) Moore, 77, of Jefferson, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.
A lifelong area resident, Carol was born July 7, 1939, in Ashtabula, the daughter of the late Tony and Clara (Annick) Monda. On February 15, 1958, she married Charles Moore in Ashtabula, and together they shared 59 years of love and memories.
