Margretta A. Brundage, age 74, former Shomo Dr. resident in Ashtabula, died late Saturday evening at the Ashtabula County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Kingsville.
She was born May 16, 1942, in Ashtabula, Ohio, the daughter of Raymond and Betty (Lyons) Vote and has lived in this area most of her life. Margretta was married to Kenneth O. Brundage on July 28, 1962, in W. Springfield, Pa.
Mrs. Brundage worked several years at First Merit Bank and a few years at Travel America.
Her enjoyments were being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and she loved animals.
Survivors include three children, Kenneth S. (Julie) Brundage of Erie, Pa., Christopher J. (Jessica) Brundage of Ashtabula and Kathleen M. (Matthew) Shultz of Rome Township; six grandchildren, Jordan, Morgan, Ryan and Adam Brundage, and Cheyenne and Dakota Shultz; and three great-grandchildren, Cameron, Chloee and Cheyenne.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth in 2016; a son, William K. Brundage in infancy; and a sister, Doris Wick.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Jefferson Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND CREMATORY, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, with the Rev. Fr. John Sheridan officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery.
Calling Hours will be held Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. and Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
