Richard N. Triozzi, age 74, of Ashtabula, died on Saturday morning at the Ashtabula County Medical Center. Born Nov. 14, 1942, in Ashtabula, he was the son of Nicholas and Esther (Peterangelo) Triozzi.
Rich graduated from Harbor High School, class of 1960, and was a veteran of the United States Navy. After being hired by the New York Central Railroad, he retired form Conrail with over 40 years' service as a conductor. Rich was an avid golfer and was a member of the Ashtabula Elks, East Ashtabula Club, American Legion, and the Conneaut Moose.
Survivors include his brothers, Lawrence (Anita) Triozzi of Chardon, and David (Chris) Triozzi of Ashtabula; and niece Maria Christine Triozzi of Chardon.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Service will be on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m., in GUERRIERO FUNERAL HOME, 1550 W. 19th St. in Ashtabula, with Father David Bridling of Our Lady of Peace Parish officiating.
