Barbara Ann (Burlingham) Palmer, age 69, of Meadville, formerly of Andover, OH, passed away peacefully at home November 23, 2019. She was born September 13, 1950 to JoAnne (Jordan) and the late Budd Burlingham. She married Charles Palmer November 27, 1971. He preceded her in death March 21, 2016.

Barbara graduated from Pymatuning Valley High School in Andover, OH, in 1968.

She attended St. Paul's Reformed Church.

Barbara enjoyed cake decorating, making floral arrangements, fishing and spending time with family. She was very involved with the Keystone Blind Association. She also helped her husband, Chuck start the Little Gridders Football Program and traveled to Moscow with the program. Barbara truly loved life.

She is survived by her mother, JoAnne Burlingham of Andover, OH; one sister, Brenda LaBounty of Conneaut, OH; 2 brothers, Rex Burlingham and his wife, Marilyn of Jefferson, OH and Reid Burlingham and his wife, Darlene of Simpsonville, SC; brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, John and Katherine Palmer of Meadville, PA and Carolyn and Don Whiteman of Linesville, PA and sister-in-law, Twila Palmer of North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many cousins; her beloved caretaker, Roxanne; special friends, Bill "Billy Boy" and Paula; and her beloved cat, Baby.

She was preceded in death by her father; brother, Randy Burlingham; infant niece, Meghan Burlingham; and her grandparents.

Per Barbara's request, there will be no services held.

A private burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Andover, OH.
