Windsor Twp., Ohio - Windsor Twp. - Carla Ann Slusher, age 61, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, October 3, 2024. She was born on April 1, 1963 in Warren, the daughter of Leland and Dorothy (Duncan) Cross. She married Robert L. Slusher Jr. on August 4, 1984. Carla was Fiscal Officer/Clerk for Windsor Twp. for the past 21 years. She was a member of Ashtabula County Twp. Association and Windsor Historical Society. Carla enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, reading, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Robert L. Slusher Jr., children Jessica (Bryan) Slusher, Robert (Adrian) Slusher III, grandchildren Monroe, Benjamin and Reagan. Preceded in death by her parents Leland and Dorothy Cross, sisters Laura Cross and Cheryl Marks. A funeral service officiated by Pastor James Smith will be held at Paine Funeral Home Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., burial will follow at Windsor Twp. Cemetery.
