David Wilms, 83, passed 02/10/2025 in Geneva. Born in Euclid on 02/01/1942, he was a son of Edward and Eda (Kissman) Wilms. He was a lineman for CEI and maintained the greens at Maple Ridge Golf Course for 60 years. David joined the National Guard after graduating from Penn State before marrying the love of his live, Carolyn.
David lived most of his life in Saybrook and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, especially in Myrtle Beach, farming and a fan of Cleveland sports.
Left to cherish his memory, are his wife, Carolyn; Children: Chris (Heather), Todd (Kathy); and Ryan (Teri); Grandchildren: Bethany, Nicholas, Olivia, Owen and Nathan; Brother: Ted (Mary Ann).
He was preceded by his parents.
Visitation: 02/13/2025 from 6-8:00 PM; Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St., Geneva.
Funeral: 02/14/2025; 10:00 AM; St. John's Lutheran Church, 811 S. Broadway, Geneva with Rev. Jonathan Schroeder officiating.
Interment: Saybrook Cemetery
