Debra K. Lambert (nee Rutkosky), 67, of Rome Twp, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, August 18, 2022 at her home. She was born in Franklin Twp., Greene Co., PA on March 13, 1955 to the late Frank and Veronica (Bandish) Rutkosky. Debra married the love of her life and best friend, Robert "Bob" T. Lambert on October 11th, 1975.

Debra will be greatly missed by: her loving husband of 46 years, Bob; children, Robert T. Lambert Jr.; Brad (Stephanie) Lambert, Angela (fiancée, Josh Andrews); grandchildren, Alice, Jackson, Isaiah, Ethan; brother, Anthony Rutkosky; sister, Lou Ann Weber; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents and brother, Richard Rutkosky.

Family and friends will be received from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M., Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Best Funeral Home, 3210 N. Main St., Rock Creek, OH 44084. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL WILL BE HELD AT 10:30 A.M., MONDAY, AUGUST 29, 2022 AT SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3049 S.R. 45, ROCK CREEK, OH 44084 with Father David Bridling officiating.
