Donald Roger Cantrell, age 75 of Jefferson, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, December 8, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Paynesville, WV on May 16, 1949 he was the son of Alexander and Reathia (York) Cantrell. Roger retired from TRW in 2001. He was an avid outdoorsman and a loving father and grandfather.
Roger is survived by his children, Michael Cantrell, Belinda (Will) Baker, Criss (Jim) White, Toni (Alvin) Mathis, and Shannon Cantrell; stepchildren, Tracy (Tim) Devine, Theresa (Jerry) Mathis; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; siblings, Sue (Randy) Morris, Steven (Diane) Cantrell, Lynn Cantrell, and Jerry (Anna) Cantrell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Marie (Green) Cantrell; son, Cameron Cantrell; his parents; and brother, Gary Cantrell.
Friends and family will be received from 2pm - 4pm on Saturday, January 4, 2024 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 S. Broadway in Geneva. A Memorial Service to celebrate Rogers life will begin at 4pm. Full obituary and condolences may be viewed at www.behmfuneral.com
