Ashtabula, Ohio - Josephine A. Brown (100) of Ashtabula passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home, surrounded by family and friends.
She was born July 24, 1925 in Ashtabula the daughter of John and Eda (Davino) Brown.
She was a dedicated homemaker and was married to her husband Sam. C. Brown in 1946 for fifty years. Josephine and her husband raised two sons Donald and Michael Brown.
She is survived by her sons Donald (Bobbie Jo) Brown of Rome Ohio , Michael (Jeanine) Brown of Aliso Viejo , California , sister in law Sonia DiMare of Sarasota Fla. , 4 grandchildren , 7 great grandchildren , two great great grandchildren , 14 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Sam.
Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday April 13 at 10:30 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church with Father Phillip Miller officiating Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery. Condolences can be made at guerrierofuneralhome.com
