Lorie (Clutter) Waldron, age 69, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025 following a brief illness. Lorie graduated from Ashtabula High School and was living in Sacramento, California.

Beloved mother of Eric Waldron, Lorie is survived by her mother, Gloria Funke, step-mother Jennie Clutter, her sisters Tina Branton, Jennifer Urch, Lisa Haytcher and her brothers Jim Funke and Steve Clutter.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert M. Clutter, her step-father James Funke and her brother Ronald E. Clutter.

Lorie faced many challenges head on and never lost her huge smile or her ability to laugh. She adored her grandchildren Brianna, Hunter, Kaylee and Landon. She also doted on her adored pets Diva, Bella and Dylan.

Lorie's nursing career was very important to her. She had deep empathy and sensitivity for each of her patients. She treated them all with grace and dignity.

Lorie's life was lived in service and kindness. One of her social media posts contained a line that defines her life the best, "I will not stand to live in a world where love is invisible."

Lorie, continue to shine and rest in peace our dear sister, mom, aunt, daughter, cousin, grandmother and friend.

There will be no services held at this time. Lorie requested to be cremated and would like to someday be taken back to her favorite place in Alaska.
