Mary E. Ross, age 68, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at UH Geauga Hospital. She was born on February 10, 1956, the daughter of Ralph W. Melvin Jr. and Edith R. (Bushnell) Melvin. Mary was married to Larry D. Ross on September 9, 2008 and was a member of Hartsgrove Assembly of Christ. She was employed at Pentair of Chardon and Kinetico in Newbury. Mary is survived by her husband Larry D. Ross, children, Larry (Julia) Bright, Philip (Crystal) Bright, Crystal (Aaron Byers) Ross, Rebecca (Jonathan) Freeman, siblings Cathy Stutler, Ralph (Ruthie) Melvin, Annie (John) Freeman, Betty (Bill) Simpson, John (Connie) Melvin, Kelly (Nick) Miller, Nancy (Bill) Nevison, Kim Peck, grandchildren Garrett, Anthony, Ethan, Brantley, Isaac, Beau, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Edith Melvin, Grandmother Emma Bushnell and brother-in-law Nate Stutler. A funeral service officiated by Pastor Tom Ross will take place at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., burial will follow at Hartsgrove North Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, you may make memorial contributions to Hartsgrove Assembly for Christ, P.O.
