Kingsville, Ohio - Neal Ronald "Ron" Kincaid, 82, of Ashtabula, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2026, in the home he lovingly built for his family more than 50 years ago.

Ron was born on June 12, 1943, in Ashtabula, Ohio, a son of the late Joseph and Della (Hinkle) Kincaid

Retiring from Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company after 30 years, Ron spent his time mowing his grass, splitting wood, fixing anything that needed attention, feeding his raccoons, and, most of all, spending time with his family. The Fourth of July was his favorite holiday, cherished for the family gatherings and memories made year after year.

Ron is survived by his beloved daughters, Kerri (Steve) Lochmueller and Temple (Bryan) Kincaid; his grandsons, Robyn (Angie) Lochmueller, Travis (Ashlee) Lochmueller, and Tony (Lauren) Mead; and his four great-grandchildren, Madison, Kheadon, Izabel, and Evelyn, who brought him immense pride and happiness.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Richard, Edward, Ray, Doris, and Jean; his parents; and by a dozen cats who lived their best life with him.

In accordance with Ron's wishes, no services will be held.

Should friends desire, family suggests people plant a tree in Ron's memory.
