Chardon, OH - Patricia R. Herakovic, who was born on February 25, 1947, to the late EP Petty and Isabelle Nims Petty in Louisville, KY. Patricia dedicated 35 years of her life to teaching at Jefferson area schools, also generously volunteered her time with the yearbook committee, national honors society, and coached track. She was an active member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Alumni and Orwell North Presbyterian church, always willing to lend a hand and share her warmth and kindness.

Patricia is survived by her loving son, Mike, to whom she was not only a mother but also a mentor and friend and her beloved dog Suzy. Her late husband Bob Jones held a special place in her heart, and together they shared many treasured memories.

Throughout her life, Patricia appreciated the friendships she cultivated, most notably with her dear friends whom she enjoyed attending Scrappers games and various outings with. She was a faithful member of her community, finding joy in the connections she made and the lives she touched along the way.

Funeral services and ceremonies to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at Orwell North Presbyterian Church, 135 North Maple Ave Orwell, OH 44076, on Wednesday, April 24 from 11am till 1pm and a service will be held at 1pm, friends and family will gather to pay their respects and honor her memory.

Patricia R. Herakovic will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched with her kindness and generosity. May she rest in peace.
