ASHTABULA, Ohio - The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Fleming-Billman Funeral Home, 526 W. Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m., with Pastor Mark Mong of Unity Presbyterian Church officiating. Following the service, Roger will be laid to rest with Bess at Edgewood Cemetery.
