Madison, OH - Susan Lee Church, age 64 of Madison, OH, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 25, 2025. Born February 7, 1961 in Conneaut, OH, she was the daughter of Carrielee (Rhinehart) & the late Donald Gregory. She married the late David Church on December 3, 1984 in Conneaut.

Susan was a kind and caring person who loved with all her heart. She cherished her faith, family, and friends. Whether it was through the church, the classroom, organizations like the local food pantry, or caring for her mother, she lived a lifetime of service and generosity.

She enjoyed countless memorable moments with her theater-going group and book club as well as many holiday shopping and birthday trips with close friends. No matter the circumstances, she always made everyone feel special. Anyone who was fortunate enough to call her a friend was truly blessed.

She is survived by her sons Gregory (Amanda) Church of Austinburg, OH and Steven (Jessica) Church of Erie, PA; mother, Carrielee Gregory of Madison, OH; siblings Cliff (Debbie) Gregory of Henderson, NV, Gayle Daniels of Madison, OH, Mark (Pam) Gregory of Greensboro, NC; granddaughter Ava; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Friends will be received 1-4 PM Saturday, November 1, 2025 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM, Monday, November 3, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2846 Hubbard Road, Madison, OH 44057. Final resting place will be at Glenwood Cemetery in Conneaut.
