Newark, Ohio - Teddy J. Froncek, age 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Born on January 19, 1949, in Ashtabula, OH, Teddy was the beloved son of Joseph P. Froncek and Luella M. Froncek. Teddy was a devoted father, a hardworking farmer, and a lifelong outdoorsman. His love for the land and simple joys of nature shaped every chapter of his life. He carried a steadfast faith in God and lived each day with humility, humor, and gratitude.
A true enthusiast of World War II airplanes, Teddy's passion was deeply rooted in pride for his own father's military service in WWII (Staff Sergeant, U.S. Army Air Corps). Teddy's passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of his family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Froncek of New Lyme; his daughter, Cindy (Pradeep) Raj of Parkland, FL; and his two grandchildren, Samuel and Neena Raj. He is also survived by his ex-wife, Betty Darling, as well as many other cherished family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Teddy will be remembered for his love of outdoors, his deep appreciation for history, and his steadfast commitment to his beliefs. His legacy lives on in the stories he shared, the land he tended, and the people who loved him beyond measure.
