William Charles Cooper (Bill) Obituary

William "Bill" Charles Cooper, (84), of Orange City, Florida, passed away on January 13, 2024.

William, known to all as Bill, was born in Wallace, West Virginia however lived most of his life in northeast Ohio. He was a retired truck driver who loved watching and attending NASCAR races almost as much as he loved his family. Nothing made him happier than his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, knew everyone, and never met a stranger.

Bill is survived by his wife, Betty; children, Amy (Richard) Senne, Melissa Rogers, Renee (Chris) Wilcox, Melody Cooper, and Paula (Nick) Golden; his grandchildren, Brandon, Dyanna, Ashley, Billy, Brad, Faith, Charles, Henry, Rebecca, Autumn, Taylor, Kaylee, Kamryn, Bobby, Kaylie, Luke, Lily, Christian; great grandchildren, Isaac, Emma, Lexi, and Arthur; and sisters Luella DeBerry, Janet Stevens, and Phyllis Hussmann.

Bill was predeceased by his parents, Thelma Pauline Cumberledge Cooper and Robbins Eugene Cooper, brothers Robert (Bob) Cooper, Buddy Cooper, and Clyde Bates, and sisters Juanita Cooper, Linda Efaw, and Beverly Bates.

Following his wishes, Bill will be cremated and there will be no services. His ashes will be spread at a later date.
