Harts, WV - We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our brother William "Bill" Richards Jr., who left us on December 3, 2025, at the age of 55. Bill loved his family dearly. He enjoyed music, working, game night and cheering for his Steelers and Buckeyes. His greatest joy was in being "Poppy" to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tammy; his children, Brittany (Nicholas) Porter and Coty (Jeremy) Watson; his grandchildren, Tanner and Gracie; His sisters, Frances (Garry) Mack, Peggy (John) Brown, Elizabeth (Ed) Rood, and Michele Richards; and many cherished family and friends. He will be forever loved and missed.

Services will be held Saturday December 13, 2025, in Harts, West Virginia. A Celebration of Life will follow at a later date in Ohio, where loved ones will gather to honor his memory.
